fantastic air conditioned gym with a great variety of routes. plenty to keep you occupied, the routes are set exquisitely with a great variety of styles, holds and grades. I climb up to 7c and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

I went on holiday to Perpignan and decided to check out the local walls - I am used to climbing whenever I want as walls are open almost all day but some of the gyms in Perpignan are only open in the evenings - really annoying if you want to wake up and train! La Grappe Escalade opened early which was great! A reasonably small climbing gym but the problems are actually really varied and interesting. The guy behind the desk (I have forgotten your name apologies) had set some of the problems and if you were stuck all you need do is ask and he was delighted to help with beta. You are not allowed use powdered chalk which I found a little annoying but they provide you with liquid chalk if you don't already have your own. Definitely worth a visit!

Great indoor bouldering! No subscription necessary, you can pay by the session and even rent shoes if needed. Highly recommanded, was perfect for me as I am not local and wanted to easely go climbing solo - do it!
